Paul Weitendorf - CFRE, Executive Director 
Paul has been with the Foundation since 1996, first as Development Officer, working on establishing an endowment fund, before becoming Executive Director in 2002. Paul directs all fundraising activities of the Foundation and manages its annual fund activities. Paul achieved his Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation in 2009.
Previous to working for the Foundation Paul was with the Conservation Authority near Wingham. He also worked for the Ministry of Natural Resources in Owen Sound. Paul lives in Owen Sound with his wife Shannon and daughters Lisa and Erin.
Willard VanderPloeg, Development Officer
Willard raises funds through the Foundation's planned and major gifts programs and maintains its Caring for Tomorrow Endowment Fund. He has worked for the Foundation since March, 2002. Willard has more than 18 years experience in the charitable sector and in estate & gift planning. He is a long time member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners.
Lori Morrison, Fundraising Assistant
Lori is responsible for donation processing, receipting, and acknowledgements. She maintains the Foundation's Grateful Patient, In Memoriam, Monthly Giving programs and more. Lori provides support for the Executive Director and Development Officer by preparing various reports and retrieving data etc. She manages day to day office functions. Previous to working at the Foundation, Lori worked as Practical Nurse and in Diagnostic Imaging at the hospital.
