Memorial gifts honour a departed loved one or friend while also supporting the work of the hospital. Memorial gifts are accepted at funeral homes in Owen Sound and area, online, or at the Foundation office. You may also print and send us this form.
At your request, a card is promptly sent to the family of the deceased, informing them of your kindness. The amount of your gift is not mentioned.
All individuals remembered in this way will be listed in our In Memoriam book in the hospital lobby. The names of those commemorated are also printed in The Sun Times in Owen Sound monthly. When donations total more than $1,000, a marker will be placed on the Wall of Remembrance. When more than $5,000 is received, the loved one is memorialized with a large marker.
